Dec 2nd Letter

Man I’m Super Stuffed. Still!!!!!!!!!! I had a lot to eat Thursday and at the Break of our fast that we had for our branch yesterday!!!!!!!!!

Here is the week of the good life in Navasota Texas!!!!!!

On Monday we did something different for P-day! The mission put on a mission P-day and we watched a movie! What a Treat!!! The Movie was Ephraim’s Rescue! That was a very good movie It again made me realize what the Pioneers went through for the gospel and how dedicated they were to follow the saints! I wish I could be that dedicated! But it was a good change of pace for the day!

Wednesday was a funny day/ Embarrassing day. We had dinner with a member family that just loves us! I was grateful for them to feed us they fed 10 people that day! Which is a lot of people, and I was super grateful for their sacrifice then I share a message with them. Well we had a member tell her about an object lesson that I do with a can and that I can put a huge dent in it over my finger. Well you have to have force on it so I put my finger on the edge of the side table and slammed it on my finger but I KINDA PUT A DENT IN THE TABLE!!! I felt so bad because I did it too hard. I didn’t know I was that strong! But the family thought it was funny and they have it still to remind them that we need to have a strong foundation in the gospel and its kinda of a joke in the branch of what I did; I didn’t know that stuff spreads that fast in the branch. Geez haha

GOBBLE GOBBLE DAY!!!. I hope yall had your turkey pants?! I sure needed them this year haha it was a very good turkey day! My day went as followed. We found a ward that was putting on a turkey bowl! We joined some other missionaries and there wards and played football for about 3 hours. Boy was I sore! But it super fun! I got laid out, Laid people out and was the sweeper!!! yall know how I am! But it was super cold! It was in the 40's and windy and I was like wait a min what happened. I thought I was in Texas! But when we played we got warm up. After playing we came back home and showered, and we went to our branch mission leader’s house for thanksgiving dinner. We had a lot of food there; they even had nonmembers there 4 of them and after we were there they had a lot of questions. One got really interested after we left and the other was already interested and she continued to ask questions and she even brought her friends from here church. Doing missionary work even on Thanksgiving Day! ah yeah you know how it is! We then went to another members house and they said that they were going to give us left overs. We were like oh yeah, we arrived and they cooked another dinner for us just 30 mins after I stuffed my face! Oh boy!!!!! HERE WE GO! That is a skill that I have learned on my mission is to eat a lot when I have to haha I knew we learned qualities for growing up. I guess that is something I developed hahahaha. We were very grateful for the surprise and loved every moment of it!

That was the most action we had this week but I’m going continue the tradition of what people have been doing and list my blessing that I have thought of for thanksgiving!

There are so many things that I could write but this is just a small portion, but I love this time of the  season that it is a little boost of being more thankful for the things that we are blessed for! I know that God lives and watches over us, I know that this mission has changed me and I hope yall notice that change and I hope that I can carry all the things that I have learned throughout my whole life.
